By submitting content to The Grid Vault, you agree to the following:

1. Permission to Use:
   You grant The Grid Vault an unlimited, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your submitted content across our website, social media platforms (including TikTok and Instagram), and other promotional materials.

2. Ownership of Content:
   You confirm that you own the rights to the content you are submitting, or that you have permission from the rightful owner to submit it. You also confirm that your submission does not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any third party.

3. No Compensation:
   You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation for the use of your submitted content.

4. Content Standards:
   We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submissions at our discretion, including but not limited to content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Indemnification:
   You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Internet Vault and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your submitted content or any violation of these terms
